The Dock-N-Loc mounts directly to the steering of an outboard engine(s). It fits front mount and side mount steering systems. Simply turn the engine to one side and install the Dock-N-Loc - it's that easy!
The Dock-N-Loc has the following features:
• It is proudly made in the USA.
• It is manufactured out of 316 stainless steel and will not rust and stain your boat.
• It can be installed on boats with single or multiple outboard engines.
• To protect the outboard’s steering the Dock-N-Loc is coated with Polyarmor®, a tough plastic like coating that is UV and chemical resistant. It also has a foam pad to provide additional protection.
• It is bright red for high visibility (provides a visual theft deterrent).
• It includes a stainless steel disk lock. This lock is corrosion resistant, has a protected shackle that is hardened to resist cutting and it comes with a lifetime guarantee.
• It includes a “Dock-N-Loc Installed” pennant that is attached to the steering wheel of the boat to let others know the Dock-N-Loc is installed and to remind you to remove the Dock-N-Loc prior to using the boat.
• It comes with its own storage bag which allows you to easily keep all of the Dock-N-Loc components together when it is not in use.
• It is small in size allowing for easy, under helm storage.

The Dock-N-Loc cannot be installed on Mercury Verado® L6 engines with electro-hydraulic steering.
